My daughter moved to Chicago about 5 years ago and since then we have become fairly regular visitors. For years we have been trying to go to Hot Doug’s for the best in encased meats but for some reason never made it until a couple of weeks ago. This place is legendary so be prepared to wait and it is cash only! All I can say is that we waited in line for 40 minutes in a cold Chicago wind and it was worth every minute. Go on the weekend and get the Duck Fat Fries!
