If you follow this blog you realize I have a lot of images. My catalog is over 100,000 images. The very size of the collections has made me realize I had lost some perspective on creation of my portfolio. As a novelist I know that everyone needs an editor. Friends and family will ooh and ahh over my photographs which I enjoy immensely but they are somewhat prejudiced. I needed an outside opinion.

To help me, last year I decided to become a member of Noir International Photography Magazine. Each week I submit three images for curation. Since joining the group I have received a number of awards including Photographer of The Year and have been published in the monthly magazine multiple times. The experience has been very rewarding and energizing but is also helping me develop an excellent portfolio of monochrome images.
