Hi Richard,

I was wondering which Nikon F camera you used on the Dawn of the Dead set? Was it the original F camera? Also which Film? Thank you!

  Hi Justin, there are some details about this in the book. I used a Nikon F3 camera, with Nikon 50mm, 35mm and 200mm lenses. Tri-X Pan pushed to 800 ASA, Ectachrome color slide film. Black and white prints were made on Agfa Portriga Rapid paper.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you! Thanks for the info Richard. I’ve always been really interested in the cameras that still photographers were using on the sets of Night, Dawn, and Day of the Dead, but the info seems to be hard to come by. I used to have an F3 myself, when i was in college. One of the best ever made. I really appreciate you taking the time to get back to me. Thanks!
