I took the color image in Paris after a long walk through the city. We stopped for lunch at a cafe and they had Leffe on tap. I had the beer a few times in Belgium from the bottle but the beer on tap was perfect for a hot summer day. The mussels were also very good! Also a good choice for my selective color project.

The Perfect Beer
People will argue about anything. One of the most frequent arguments you hear in taverns and bars is which beer is the best. This argument is specious at its core. It is like saying which food is best. In summer one may choose a lighter beer and on Saint Patrick’s Day, anything but Harp or Guinness is just not proper in my opinion. However, it is also in my opinion that the best beer in the world comes from Belgium. With over 2000 beer brands you have a world of choice in Belgium.
