Labor Day weekend usually signifies the end of Summer. Once again, the kids are back in school and traffic and schedules for everyone become more rigid because of it. Even if you don’t have children, you don’t want to get caught behind “the late bus” climbing up the mountain on a two lane road. So here is a video highlighting some fun we had this Summer. L’ Europe Roulante Videograph
The famous film director Robert Altman was once asked why all of his movies had at least one murder. He said, and I paraphrase, “…you don’t have to too much of a plot if you have at least one murder scene.” So here it is once again, my 8 minute epic videograph of Europe and make sure you wait for the murder scene! You can see more of my Videogaphs by clicking here.

Back to Chicago
We are Headed off tomorrow to see our family in Chicago. Yesterday, I was converting old videos and found this piece of nonsense which was shot in Chicago but has little to do with the great city or my family. It is a little surreal which is probably while I like it. Please let me know your thoughts and I will be back with more in about a week. Have a great Easter and Passover to everybody!

Rodeo Daze
Even though we lived in Texas for three years, I had never been to a Rodeo before. So a couple of years ago when a Rodeo came to the Poconos I went with a couple of friends. I won’t go to another Rodeo ever. I like animals too much and dislike pompous jingoistic assholes. Watch the video and let me know if you agree.
Kreplach for the High Holy Days
In the Jewish religion, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are called the High holy days. They are the celebration of the lunar New Year and the day of Atonement. While I am not a very religious person, I do enjoy the culture and the basis of most cultures start with food. Kreplach are little meat filled dumplings that are great in chicken soup or in a stir fry. They can be made any time but traditionally are made on the HIgh Holy Days. This video features my lovely wife, Hinda and her recipe and technique which she learned from her mother. It is long video and old school but filled with great cooking tips and by the end you will be able to make your own Kreplach and eat them too.
